MobileXtract Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the MobileXtract application and related services operated by RealmChannel Sdn Bhd.

Effective date: 18 July 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, or using MobileXtract, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.

2. Service description

MobileXtract is a mobile investigation and remediation product designed to help users review suspicious device activity, view findings, generate reports, and follow guided remediation workflows. The product supports user decision-making and follow-up actions; it is not a guarantee of complete detection or recovery in all cases.

3. Eligibility and account use

  • You must be legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction.
  • If account access is enabled, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for activity occurring under your account except where prohibited by law.

4. Acceptable use

  • You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
  • You may not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service beyond rights allowed by law.
  • You may not use the service to harm third parties or bypass lawful restrictions.

5. Service limitations

MobileXtract provides investigation support, threat-finding presentation, report-generation, and remediation guidance. It does not promise uninterrupted availability, universal threat detection, or guaranteed removal of every threat. Platform-level controls and operating-system rules may limit what the app can do.

6. Subscriptions, credits, billing, and trials

If MobileXtract is offered using credits, subscriptions, paid investigations, or trial access, those commercial terms may also be governed by the relevant app-store platform rules and any purchase flow shown to you before checkout.

7. Intellectual property

MobileXtract, its branding, software, reports, content, interfaces, and related materials are owned by RealmChannel Sdn Bhd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

8. Privacy

Your use of MobileXtract is also governed by the MobileXtract Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, used, and protected.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealmChannel Sdn Bhd and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RealmChannel Sdn Bhd from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there has been misuse, abuse, unlawful activity, security risk, non-payment, or another material breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to the service or terms

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we may provide notice through the app, website, or other appropriate channels. Your continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless prohibited by law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Malaysia unless another governing law is required by applicable consumer-protection law. Any disputes are subject to the appropriate courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.
